Tipps:
Always connect the Dash Cam to an external power supply during operation; the battery is primarily for emergency file saving.
Use a Class 10 or higher micro SD card with a capacity of 8-128GB (not included). Beware of counterfeit memory cards. If using a 64GB card, format it to "FAT32" using the provided "Format Tool" on your computer.
Format your TF card using the dash cam for the first time. Press the M key twice to access the "Format" option.
The device will enter screen saver mode after 1 minute of inactivity. Press any key to reactivate the screen. To disable this feature, adjust the backlight setting.

Q: How can I view Wi-Fi for each camera when multiple dash cameras are installed?
A: Each dash cam has a different Wi-Fi name that you can join. For example, if you have two AZDOME GS63H cameras, the SSID (Wi-Fi name) will be different for each. All dash cams have the same front name, which is "AZDOME GS63H - ********," with only the last numbers being different. This allows you to easily identify which dash cam to connect with. To disconnect the Wi-Fi, press and hold the "Emergency Lock" button for 2 seconds to return to video mode. You can operate it using your phone app only when you connect the AZDOME Dash Cam to your phone. Make sure your phone is near the AZDOME Dash Cam.
Q: Can't I operate this dash cam when connected to my phone?

Q: Camera shows "Storage Error" or "Please insert Micro SD card" even though the memory card is already installed in the camera?
A: 1. It is essential to format your TF card using your dash cam for optimal use. Failure to format the TF card may result in a card error.
2. Make sure the memory card is at least Class 10, U3 and purchased from a trusted supplier such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Ship & Sold by Amazon, etc. (as there are many counterfeit cards online; remember, if they are cheap, they are likely fake).
3.Go to the camera's system settings and format your memory card. After formatting the memory card, press and hold the power button to turn off the camera. Then unplug and plug in the power cable again. The camera should automatically turn on and start recording.
Q: Why is it advertised as a 4K dash cam but only captures at 2160?
A: Our camera has the highest resolution of 2880 x 2160p at 24 frames per second with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The 4K resolution is as follows:
4:3 aspect ratio = 2880 x 2160p
16:9 aspect ratio = 3840 x 2160p
The resolution is measured in the diagonal range, which is 2160p. Note that the 2160p remains constant. For example, the resolution of 1080p is actually 1920 x 1080p. However, we don't call it 1920p; we call it 1080p. Therefore, the 4K resolution is 2160p.
Q: How long does it last after a full charge?
A: Please note that the dash cam's battery is only suitable for 3 minutes. It should not last longer than 3-5 minutes when fully charged. Due to the heat on summer days, using a larger battery could cause fires or even explosions. For safety reasons, all dash cams are either supplied with very little or no battery. You should always power the dash cam during operation.
Q: My date and time don't stay the same even after setting them.
A: Please go to the camera's system settings > Time Zone Setting > Set your correct GMT value > OK to confirm. Every time you have a GPS signal, you will always have the correct date and time.
Q: The camera frequently turns on or off automatically.
A: Please reset your camera. Ensure that "Motion Detection" is set to OFF. Also, make sure that "Auto Power Off" (park mode) is also set to OFF.
Q: The camera locks many videos automatically.
A: Please make sure you increase your G-sensor setting. Choosing a higher setting may trigger it even on minor bumps. This setting depends on the type of vehicle you are driving and the amount of vibration your car/truck generates based on the suspensions and road conditions.
Q: The camera gets hot.
A: It is normal for your camera to become slightly warm. Due to the higher video resolution, the dash cam may heat up during use (but not exceed 60°C).
Q: No GPS signal?
A: The built-in GPS functions a few minutes after powering on the device. During your drive, the device usually switches between a GPS satellite signal and a non-signal state. Please note that this is not a defect.
Q: How to install the rearview camera?
A: 1. Connect the car charger to the dash cam and plug it into the cigarette lighter.
2. Connect the rear camera to the dash cam. Route the video cable of your rear camera to the front of the vehicle. Depending on your vehicle model, you can usually do this by removing the headliner orinterior trim panels. Make sure to hide the cable and secure it in place so that it doesn't interfere with the driver's view or get caught on anything.
3. Connect the rear camera's video cable to the input port on the dash cam.
4. Mount the rear camera in a suitable location on the rear windshield or license plate. Make sure it has a clear view of the road behind.
5. Adjust the angle of the rear camera to ensure it captures the desired view.
6. Use cable clips or adhesive clips to secure the video cable along the interior panels and route it to the front of the vehicle.
7. Connect the video cable of the rear camera to the input port on the dash cam.
8. Make sure all connections are secure and test the rear camera to ensure it is functioning properly.
