Bonehead Performance shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bonehead Performance shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

shipping -We ship daily through multiple carriers. In most cases the shipping details page will outline which method this item will be shipped by.

-Some packages ship with a signature required and will always ship with a signature required for items in the amount of $700 or greater. If this is a problem please contact us prior to your purchase.
-Domestic shipping rates include service within the Continental US (lower 48 states), where Fed Ex & UPS shipments are available. This does not include AK, HI, GU, VI, PR, PO Boxes, Military address/base, APO/FPO and Canada. Additional shipping charges apply to these areas. -Bonehead Performance recommends professional installation for every product sold, and all products are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY, unless clearly noted otherwise.
-Any item that is not CARB legal is not permitted for use in CARB states. We can not ship any non-CARB item to a CARB state regardless of your intended use.
-All cancellations, exchanges & returns must be authorized by Bonehead Performance and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning products or incoming packages may be denied.
-Products are covered by the manufacturer\'s warranty only; settlement of all claims are subject to manufacturer\'s waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
-We understand mistakes happen when purchasing items. That is why we hate restocking fees...so therefore Bonehead Performance does not charge a restocking fee for any returned items, unless the item has been used, installed or the product shows signs of use and is unable to be resold as a new item again.
