We clean and check every part we sell and gaurantee all of our parts that leave our facility.

No cash or any form of checks will be accepted. (ex: certified, personal, or compnay checks)

Checkout & Shipping information should be expected within 3 days of listing purchase.
After 7 days, ANY unpaid orders will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) and
canceled.

TAX: California (7.5%)

Sales tax will be charged when parts are shipped to the same state as listed in the sale.
Also sales tax will be charged when a customer picks up parts at our facility. If you have a
valid state reseller certificate it must be faxed to BW Auto Dismantlers at [phone removed by ]
before the item is available for pickup. Please indicate the item number on the BW Auto Dismantlers will only ship via FedEx ground or USPS. Expedited shipping is
not available at this time.

Due to FedEx shipment regulations we cannot ship to APO, military addresses, or PO boxes.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 STATE ADDRESS.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA, PUERTO RICO, OR parts come with a 90 day warranty (unless stated otherwise in the listing) and a 30 day
return period. We always clean and check our parts before it leaves our facility. It is uncommon
for our parts not to function or fit properly. If the part you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle,
we must ask you for a digital picture and your vehicle identification number (VIN) so we can properly
assist you.

Parts covered by Warranty -- in case the part sold fails to work due to defective material or wrong
fitment, BW Auto Dismantlers will replace the part or issue a full refund (BW Auto Dismantlers choice)
up to the cost of the part purchased price ( no refund for labor costs), see warranty tab ni the listing for
more details.

Items NOT covered by Warranty -- For parts that are not defective, but are returned, the following will
apply: 25% Restocking fee, shipping costs are not refundable, and customer pays for shipping the
part back.

Airbags, seat belts, and tires are sold "AS IS"

Due to limited space at our facility, we cannot store any item for more than 7 days. Prompt pickup is
expected, if this is the option you have chosen.

Expect delivery of your item(s) 3 to 8 business days after full payment is received.

Please allow seller to select delivery method/carrier. It has been our experience that we can provide
better service for our customers when we package items, decide shipping method, and coordinate
freight pickups. We have selected our commercial carriers very carefully in order to provide the best
USA coverage and care for our products. Buyer/Customer cannot arrange their own commercial
shipping when purchasing items off or Online. Please do not ask us to bill your shipping account
or use another carrier. Thank you for your consideration.
