Allison wtec3 tcm. Gov surplus item marked as serviceable. Includes Allison box with gov contract sticker. Military probably took them out of the box and tested them on a truck before putting into spares stock. Does not appear to have been permanently installed there are no screw marks on the mounting holes. Programmed for HD4070 7-speed trans used in a military truck so the shift points may be different for civilian road trucks.
