Shipping
ØItem is available for pickup locally – Please contact us for the address.
ØShipping prices for ground apply only to the continental states of theUnited States. Anywhere else will be considered international shipping and will have an international fee.
ØProcess time for shipping is1- 2 business days.
ØPlease note that we will only ship to the same billing address that the payment is made from.
ØIn order to pass savings on to you, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS, and UPS depending on which is cheaper and/or faster.
ØPlease notethat oversized items such and similar items will be shipped viaGREYHOUND BUS LINESto the nearest Greyhound station to you. Since Greyhound does not deliver door-to-door, the buyer will be responsible for picking up the item from his or her nearest Greyhound station. Provide your phone number at the time of purchase and this number will be contacted when the item is available for pickup. Also note that shipping by Greyhound may take longer than expected, depending on your location. We may also choose to usea Freight Shipping Companythat may deliver the part to your door. We will notify you on who is shipping your item once it has been packed and ready to ship.
Returns and Exchanges
ØAll returns must be made and will be accepted within 14 days of the item being received by the customer only if the item is non-functional or differs substantially from the item description! Please do not buy the item just to check and diagnose your vehicle problem!
ØPlease ask questions before offerding on an item and please verify that the item will fit your vehicle or application with a local dealer or independent source!
ØThe customer is fully responsible for the costs of shipping for the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the item was listed with “free shipping”, then you will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs as soon as the item is returned to us.

If the item is defective, we will state in the description that the part is defective and is being sold forPARTS ONLY.
