5. The engine and transmission must be installedby certified mechanic.

6. All engines are compression testedbefore being shipped. We do not ship engines with bad compression.

7. Ifthis item need any minor or major repairs the item must be returned back, We donot pay for any part or labor ( NO EXCEPTIONS).

8. Warrantyof any Seized or Blown engines by customer during warranty period due tounprofessional installation or any other reason is void.

9. Shipping charges are not refundable as well asreturning shipping charges must be prepaid by customer.

10. Refund or replacement will be issued only after receiving the item back toour warehouse.

11. If damage occurs during shipping you must fill out a report at time of delivery with the driver and filea claim with the shipping company.
