Definition
Items were removed off car in useable shape, used means while it’s free of any major defect it may have signs of minor visual blemishes such as scratching or scuffing. All mechanical parts are not broken unless otherwise stated.
1 Engine parts: used engine parts will be functional but will have signs of dirt and grease in some instances
2 Electronic parts: will be functional but may have signs of scratching on the parts unless otherwise stated
Part Numbers must match if you are swapping electronic parts, no returns if you are swapping a part that part numbers do not match
3 Body panels: all body panels will have signs of minor scratching and can even have minor signs of pitting if metal. Most body panels I sell will be free of dents and rust (rot) unless otherwise stated
Buyer Agreement: (Important, please read before buying)
-it’s the buyers responsibility to read the above condition report before purchase. Failure to do so will result in your claims being denied for failure to read the condition report.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to determine compatibility based upon the part number provided or otherwise through research.
- By placing a offer / purchase the buyer has read and agrees with all of the sellers policy's
Condition: parts are in generally good condition but not always be the same exact items in the photos but in similar shape to it.
Photos may not actually be of the actual part, due to the quantity of parts I sell. Message me if you have any concerns about this or if the part in the picture is the actual part you will get.
Shipping:
- Freight items are shipped to business addresses with fork lift/loading dock only, Residential delivery is an additional $100. Liftgate delivery to a business is $45 extra.
- Freight items include: engines, transmissions, seats, large body panels, etc Please contact us if you are not sure if your item is a freight shipment.
- All shipping charges are within lower 48 states only. PR, AK, HI, APO, FPO, VI please contact us for a shipping quote before buying unless otherwise stated.
-Starting 1/1/2023 all pacific and mountain time customers may be subject to surcharges in shipping on any parcel over 25 lbs or over 24 inches in length. If you see a FedEx service map in your listing please refer to it for extra charges
Returns:
- Please read our current return policy. Buyers agree to the return policy by purchasing an item.
As a rule we do not accept returns unless item arrives damaged or there was a discrepancy on my end
-If I do accept a return, You will be refunded the amount minus my cost to ship out to you.
Any cancellations may be subject to restocking fees based on the situation. There is a $25 restocking fee for any items sold over $200. Anything under $200 is subject to a 10% fee.

- Our parts are marked to verify that they are coming from our store. Fraudulent returns will be reported and a police report will be filed.

International buyers: you are responsible for the import duties and taxes for the shipment.
You’re also responsible for researching what your country will import, if your country doesn’t accept certain items and I ship them and it gets returned you will not be refunded on shipping.
