These are the 2 springs that are located under the bucket seats, The large one goes from the seat frame to the track to hold tension so that when you adjust the seat it moves forward. The small one goes from the track to the lever to hole the lever tight so the seat cant move unless adjusted.
These are often rusted and many times broken causing the seat not to work right. This is a simple fix. Since these were at the bottom of the seat near the floor they often got wet and rust or just broke. Now you can replace them.
