Unlike halogen bulbs, HID\'s emit a type of light that closely resembles natural daylight and is therefore easier on human eyes. In fact, HID lights are currently used in most sports arenas, stadiums, and train stations worldwide. Don\'t be fooled by lower end Xenon replica bulbs sold at most retail shops. They are no match for the intensity, purity, and efficiency of high intensity discharge headlights.HID (High Intensity Discharge) refers to lighting technology that relies on an electrical charge to ignite xenon gas contained in a sealed bulb. A normal halogen bulb uses a filament which can burn out in as little as 200 hours. HID bulbs are gas filled capsules that are rated for a lifespan of nearly 4500 hours. HID bulbs also shine much brighter due to this technology.

Question：Why the lights flickering? And how to solve the flickering?
Answer:
1. Please confirm your car need canbus ballasts or not. There are two kinds of ballasts, one with canbus, another without. In normal condition, BMW, Hyundai, VW, etc. need canbus ballasts. If your car need canbus ballasts, but you ordered no canbus ballasts, it will cause the flickering problem.
2. The characteristics of the bi-Xenon bulbs is shaking lights/flickering when just started the car, and the bulbs need 20-40 seconds to be started up. And a short time(1-2 minutes) later the phenomenon will be slighter or disappeared and the light will flash stably. Please never worries.
3. Please switch the two ballasts from one side to another to see whether can solve the flicker, our engineers said that sometimes can solve this situation.Question:Why the lights not light up/working? And how to solve the problem?
Answer:
The HID KIT is just plug and play, but need to pay attention to the plug polarity, and then make it work properly.
And there is four solutions:
1.Please reverse the input line of the ballasts.
2.Please start the engine before you turn on the bulbs.
3.Please make sure all the cables were installed in the right way.
4.Please swap the plug polarity and recheck whether they can work fine or not.
If all these ways cannot help,please try to confirm which part have problem. Ballasts or bulbs? If you cannot confirm the problem, and if you have spare working bulbs, please install them with the ballasts we shipped to you. If the bulbs can still work with our ballasts, it meant that the ballasts don\'t have problem, and only bulbs have problem. After you confirm the problem, we will send replacement to you.Question:Why one side flickering/show error/not working while other side work properly? And how to solve the problem?
Answer:
As the shipping is really hard to control, sometimes, ballasts or bulbs maybe damaged on the way, hope you will understand.
If one side can work properly,another side can not, please exchange of the two sides of the ballasts to find out the problem.
1. If the original side working properly become not working properly after switch the ballasts, the side not working properly become working properly so that can confirm the problem come from the ballast.
2.If the original side working properly still is working properly after switch the ballast 2, the side not working properly still is not working properly so that can confirm the problem come from the bulb.
Please tell us the result after switch the ballasts. 1 or 2. After that we will sent you a new ballast or bulb for free to solve your problem as soon as possible.Question: Why the bulbs cannot fit into the socket/housing? Or why the bulbs cannot fit into the bulb holder?
Answer:
For some special and high graded cars, they need the bulb holders to lock the bulbs in socket/housing, but sorry that we only sell Xenon HID, and don\'t have bulb holders for sell, so the HID KIT not included bulb holders. And there are so many kinds of bulb holders, and your original halogen bulb holder maybe cannot fit for the xenon bulbs, so you need to select suitable ones for them.Question: If you purchase H8/H9/H11/9005/9006 bulbs, but they cannot steady in the socket/housing, how to fix them?
Answer:
Please make sure to rotate the bulbs in the socket by clockwise, only by this way can install the bulbs, if you just put it in the socket, cannot stable the bulbs.Question: Why the HID KIT work okay with the engine off but won\'t work with the engine on?
Answer:
1. This might be the installation problem, our products are just plug and play, and they don\'t need any other wiring harness, please follow the installation steps which show in the picture and try to install them again.
2. This might be the decode problem, could you please put back your original bulb to your car, and check whether have this problem or not? If your original bulbs don\'t have this problem, and our xenon bulbs have, that means it is decode problem, and you need the HID CANBUS resistance to solve the problem.Question: Why the HID KIT not working in the beginning but after switch on and off many times, they both work?
Answer:
This might be the battery voltage problem.
Please start the engine for one minute first, and then turn on the lights, this way can solve the problem.Question:Why both lights showing error on dashboard? Why the lights sometimes working, sometimes not working, and sometimes only one side working? Why every time switch on the lights will come on but will go out after a few minutes?
Answer:
These problems are caused by not decode properly.
For some special and high graded cars, they need to add the Resistor Cancellers Decoders to make lights work properly.Pls kindly noted that few vehicles will request a bulb holder to lock the bulb, and this part does not include a bulb holder.
