How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE to the lower 48 states. With our ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING, the price you see is the price you pay.
When will tires ship?
Online Tire Deals will ship on the same day if payment clears by 10 am eastern time, otherwise on the next business day. We only ship to confirmed addresses. Tracking numbers will be sent to the e-mail address on the Paypal account that the payment was made from. Tracking numbers will also be uploaded to the evening that your tires ship out.
Can you ship.....?
Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 states via UPS ground. You must provide a physical address to ship to. We do not ship to AK, HI, PR or any other American territory. Nor do we currently ship outside of the US. We can not ship via USPS.
Can I pick my tires up?
No, we must ship the tires from our location. However, the price you see includes FREE shipping and local sales tax if applicable.
When will I receive my tires?
Once the tires have shipped, you will receive your tires between 1 and 6 days. Your tires will ship from our location in Gainesville, GA. Please refer to the transit time map below.
Payment Information
Online Tire Deals accepts only Paypal as a form of payment. We have worked with Paypal for years and find that they have the best balance of payment options and protection for both the buyer and seller. We do not accept credit cards over the phone. This is for the customer\'s protection.
Payment arrangements must be made within 24 hours of sale end. If you can\'t complete the transactions for a day or two, that is fine, but please let us know and keep us in the loop. We will be glad to work with you payment time if you just let us know your intentions.
With our ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING, any applicable sales tax is included in the price of the tires.
Warranty/Returns
Online Tire Deals stands behind and offers full manufactures warranty every product we sell. We do not sell anything that we would not put on our own vehicles. We sell thousands of tires every year, and every once in a while, there will be a defective. Each manufacturer handles warranties differently. Please contact us for more information on the specific warranty on your tires.
Before ordering, please ensure that you are buying the tire that is correct for your application. This includes size, speed rating T, H, V, W, etc.. and load index (105V, 101T, 109H etc). We will not be responsible for mis-ordered items. If you are unsure of your application please e-mail me the year, make, model and submodel (LT, SE, etc) and I will make sure we get you the proper application.*****
I do accept returns on NEW, unmounted tires within 14 days of customer receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Online Tire Deals.
