Shipping Policy

• Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. We ship our products primarily through FedEx Ground.

• We only ship our products within the 48 continental states. Sorry, we do not ship to APO/FPO/PO boxes.

• Most of our products ship FedEx Ground or Home, but some larger items (such as rattan furniture sets) do ship FedEx LTL (Freight) and can take up to 6 business days to arrive from the time the product ships. These shipments will need to be scheduled for an appointment to deliver by the local FedEx facility when it arrives in your area (the appointment will need to be scheduled within three days from their first contact attempt). Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery ( drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver including a lift-gate will require an additional charge).

• We can only ship your order to the PayPal verified address given to us at the time you checkout on . Please verify that this address is the correct one you wish to have your package sent to. If an address change is needed you will be responsible for any fees associated.

• If FedEx cannot deliver it for any reason (including they cannot reach you with the telephone number provided in the order or there is no phone number in the order), it will be re-consigned back to our warehouse and treated as a refused package where the order will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.

Payment Policy

• We gladly accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and eChecks via PayPal.

• If payment is made by eCheck we will hold your shipment until the eCheck has cleared.

• Payment is required to be made within 7 days of ordering to avoid a UPI case.

Return & Exchange Policy

If purchased by 12:00pm PST on a business day it will more than likely ship the same day, otherwise, it will usually ship the next business day

2. My item has been marked as shipped and I have a tracking # but it is not showing in FedEx’s shipping system, what’s wrong?

Once a label is printed and we have staged your item for FedEx to pick-up from our warehouse it will typically take up to 24 hours for it to show up in FedEx’s tracking system. If after 24 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.

3. Can you ship to my country / PO Box / Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico / APO?

At this time we only offer shipping to a physical street address located in the 48 continental states.

4. How long will it take to get my item?

Currently, all orders are shipped through our west coast warehouses by FedEx Ground and can take 3 to 7+ business days to arrive. West coast orders usually arrive within 3 business days and East coast orders within 7+ business days.
