The destructionof the surface layer occurs in high-friction areas, where entire groups ofatoms – clusters - may tear off under extreme loads. Until now there was no wayto reverse this inevitable metal wear.
EX120 starts repairing scratched and worn metal as soon as it isadded to the engine oil. Revitalizant acts as a catalyst for rebuilding andrepairing metal in areas of excessive thermal energy. It activates theabsorption process of carbon through the surface layer which results in theformation of metal carofferes. Application:
Theengine treatment is conducted in three stages:
Stage1: Warm up the engine to the normal working temperature, then turn engine off.Ensure the syringe is at room temperature so the contents flow freely. Emptythe contents of the syringe into the engine oil reservoir. Start the engine andlet it idle for 5-10 min. Stage

Note:
Changingoil is NOT recommended until the treatment is fully completed. It is possibleto conduct the treatment at idle: 4 hours of idling is an equivalent to 200 km(approx. 125 miles) of run. New engines with odometer readings up to 12,000miles should be treated in one stage. Engines that have undergone a completeoverhaul should be treated in the usual three-stage manner. The protectivemetal-ceramic coating will form on any operative mechanical parts; however, ifan engine part being treated is in critical condition (100% wear), the wornpart should be replaced.
