Return PolicyWe will gladly accept the return or exchange of your purchased item(s) for a refund as long as the request is made within 30 days of the receipt date in the case that the item(s) have not been damaged or installed.
Please understand that OREDY does not provide free shipping service for the return or exchange. Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee of the original item purchased plus cost of return shipping and replacement shipping if happens.
Return or exchange requests in regarding to product defectiveness or damage may require authentication including but not limited to Pictures or Video of damaged goods. Please do not dispose parts until instructed. Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of the current warranty claim and forfeit of future warranty.
Warranty PolicyOREDY provides a1-YearWarranty for the original purchaser in regards to all auto parts or accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in material and workmanship. If an auto part is defective, OREDY shall, at its discretion, provide a ONE-Time replacement part.
OREDY is not responsible for the shipping cost of return and replacement occurred in warranty process.
Please note that the warranty does not cover any damages arising from a failure to operate the product within its intended uses, and no reimbursements will be given for the delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in the installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question. Warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application.
