Orders shipped to any of the 48 states in the US are shipped via UPS/Fedex Ground. The order is dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. It is usually delivered within 1-5 days from the day of shipping. The delivery time will vary depending upon your proximity or distance from Los Angeles California. We offer customers two payment options:

1. PayPal2. Credit and Debit Card Payments We prefer to use PayPal for most transactions. If you participate in Buy It Now sales, the payments must be made immediately.

Sales Tax
For shipments to California (CA) addresses, we are required by State law to collect 9.25% Sales Tax.

RETURNS

Items must be in new condition and in original packing:
Non tire & wheel packages; Wheels must not be mounted and balanced or modified in any way (No exceptions No returns)
Few Exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

Customized items (custom painted, powder coated, custom drilled)
Wheel And Tire Packages
Wheels that have been mounted

If you wish to return your order, we will need to be notified of the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns: Fees
If the Customer prefers a return for a refund and not an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in NEW condition (if the wheels have been mounted NO RETURNS) The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee + all shipping charges from and to Aspire motoring. Restocking fee will also apply to shipments that have been refused by the consumer. For Wheel & Tire packages, customer will be responsible to pay a $60 dismounting fee for all wheel and tire packages.

Refunds and Credit:

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement. Cash orders, a check will be sent out to customers shipping address. Paypal orders, Credit will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Damages:

Its just one of those days, you\'ve been waiting for a few days, you finally get your package and what do you see, a bend, a scuff. Not to worry shipping damages are covered 100% ! If you receive a damaged item via shipping, We will cover 100% of the costs to exchange your damage product for a new product ! Please contact your sales rep or our warranty department once you have notice any damages, please contact us within 72 hours after packages have been confirmed they\'ve been delivered. Anytime passed 72 hours will not be accepted for shipping damages. Aspire motoring will ship out the new product once the damaged goods have arrived at our facility.

Received the wrong Merchandise ?
