Returns
We offer a 14 day nohasslereturn policy as long as your item meets these guidelines:
- Item is unopened in its original packaging
- Itemhasn\'t been mounted or installed
- Item is free of damage
The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to our location in Naples Florida.
If You Receive A Damaged Product:
We cannot control shipping mishaps, unfortunately neither can you. If you receive an obviously damaged item due to shipping it will be your responsibility to contact the shipping company and file the necessary claim(s) for a potential reimbursement or replacement case. In the case of damaged items/products claim we will be glad to provide any shipping/purchase paper work to you at no additional cost via U.S Mail.
