Refund& Return Policy
1. Reach out to us first: If a customer must return an itembought online, we ask that you first contact us to allow our company theopportunity to remedy the situation.
2. Time limitations: All buyers have 60 days from dateof purchase to request refund for any product purchased from our online store.
3. Warranty: We offer a very reasonable 90-Daywarranty on all our products that are listed as new or used. Any product thatis listed as “Parts Not Working” will be sold as is, and are not covered underthis policy.
4. Exchanges & Replacements: We do not offer exchanges, orreplacements. If a product is faulty we will only offer a refund for saidproduct if it has been shown to be faulty in some capacity. Please read alldescriptions, and view all photos in our listings. We will document everyaspect of the product in detail to ensure that you know what you are payingfor. We here at Lindsey Brothers are consumers as well, and practice what wewould expect from a seller as if it were us making the purchase.
5. If a product has been installed, and or modified in some wayby a third party. We ask that information be provided to us pertaining to allactions, procedures, and modifications that were made to said product.
6. If the buyer has received a product that has visual damageon the package please do not open the product. We ask that you contact us sothat we may file for an insurance claim to salvage any, and all investments. Wewill contact the shipper, and request that they pick up the package to beprocessed for the claim. Upon confirmation, we will gladly refund the fullprice of the product to the buyer. This refund can only be completed after weconfirm the damage the damage, and that the product is being returned to us. Ifpossible, we ask that you please take pictures of said damaged package, andsend us those pictures. This will greatly assist us in our claim. We ship outall our products insured for just such an occasion.
7. Signature Required: All deliveries coming to you from ouronline store will require a direct signature from the buyer to ensure that theyhave received the product that they have paid for. This is simply to protectyour interest, and your investment in the product you have paid your hard-earnedmoney for.
