RETURNS:All the parts we sell come with a 15 Day Return/ Replacement and a 30 day Extended Warranty (Upon Buyers Request). Return period starts after the item is Delivered on your doorstep NOT on the day you placed the order on . The 15 day period starts when you take possession of the item. No labor warranty is provided in any case of return. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. To return an item you must contact us via messaging within the 30 days period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). Please, include a slip of paper in the box stating why the item is being returned. shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. Once you obtain an RMA number, Please ship the item back to us for a refund.
