• All of our parts are used and will have normal wear and tear like scratches and will be an additional $200 for commercial addresses.This does not include limited access commercial addresses. If the commercial address is limited access we will have to cancel your order or provide you with a new shipping quote
• Please note that your order will be canceled if you purchase the item with a residential address.If you would like to have this shipped to a residential address please make sure to message us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing the item.
• In some cases we will have to cancel the order due to some carriers not being able to ship to certain locations.
• Please be aware that the address that we ship to is the address that you have provided and have been quoted for.
• For any address changes please make sure to message us
• Items take up to 2-3 business days to process once payment is made, our items are shipped through standard LTL freight which is usually 3-7 business days but can sometimes take longer.
• Shipping cost will not be refunded for items that are canceled during transit, the buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.

PICK UP:

• Items can be purchased for local pick up in Houston Tx.
• Once purchased, you will receive a pick up address in 1-2 business days.
• Buyer will have up to two weeks to pick up the item after purchase.
• We are open for pickup Mon.- Fri. from 8A.M. to5 P.M. & Sat. from 8 A.M. to 2 P.M.

• Please make certain that this is the exact make and model for your vehicle before purchasing will have 30 days after receiving the part toreturn it.
• If the reason for the return is not due to a mistake on our end we will not be responsible for any return cost and a %20 restocking fee will be charged to your refund.
• Items returned damaged or not in its original condition a %50 restocking fee will be charged to your refund.
• Shipping cost will not be refunded for items that are canceled during transit, the buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
