+DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY
-DAMAGES to parts caused by delivery company must be reported immediately after receiving a package, its best that you inspect your delivery before the carrier leaves. This will be the only way we can help you start a claim for us to send you another part. If not done in a timely matter, we will not be able to help you.
-We have no control on how a shipping carrier handles the parts, but we add wrapping paper and 4 Caution labels to minimize any mishandling of any of our packages.
+SHIPPING
-All parts take 5 BUSINESS days which does not include holidays or weekends. All tracking numbers are given at 4:30 pm PT on the 5th business day from when your order was placed.
-We ship mostly with UPS but USPS may be used at times.
-If you provide an address that is incorrect or provide an address that you don\'t reside in to accept the package, we will not in any way provide refunds or compensations on any lost or abandoned packages. The carrier will also assume no liability becauseof this as well.
+MICRO SCRATCHES
-Because parts are put on a cutter some parts may have micro scratches as a result of that. But the scratches are on the underside of the parts which will be exposed to debris from the streets or highways anyway. The surface that people see does not have any scratches whatsoever.
