We ship to the lower 48 states only. Our products are intended to be used within the contiguous 48 states. Any order going to a Freight Forwarding company for shippment outside the contiguous 48 states will be canceled. We are not responsible for any warranty or return request for items taken outside the U.S.
Any returned item must be un-installed, in the condition it was shipped to you, and returned in the original packaging. Any return that is dirty, shows signs of installation, is missing parts, or requires service by us, is subject to a refund deduction per guidelines.
On retuns where the buyer states the item was not as described, wrong item was sent, or did not fit, we require the VIN number prior to processing the return. This is to determine why the item was not correct for the purchased / OTHER
Our Compressors come with a1-YEAR WARRANTY.
Warranty is valid if the following parts are installed at time of compressor installation.
1. A new accumulator / receiver-drier must be installed.
2. A new expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be installed.
Prior to pocessing a claim:
If you did not purchase a compressor kit from us;you will need to provide proof that the parts specified were purchased and installed. If you did not purchase and install the parts you have no strive to offer the most reliable parts available at a reasonable price. Thus we sell from various manufactures. Thismeans the actual parts may vary slightly from those depicted in our pictures. We reserve the right to ship a different brand fron that listed that is of equal or greater value.
