Any returned item must be un-installed, in the condition it was shipped to you, and returned in the original packaging. Any return that is dirty, shows signs of installation, is missing parts, or requires service by us, is subject to a refund deduction per guidelines.
On retuns where the buyer states the item was not as described, wrong item was sent, or did not fit, we require the VIN number prior to processing the return. This is to determine why the item was not correct for the purchased / OTHER

Warranty is valid if the following parts are installed at time of compressor installation.
1. A new accumulator / receiver-drier must be installed.
2. A new expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be installed.
Prior to pocessing a claim:
If you did not purchase a compressor kit from us;you will need to provide proof that the parts specified were purchased and installed. If you did not purchase and install the parts you have no strive to offer the most reliable parts available at a reasonable price. Thus we sell from various manufactures. Thismeans the actual parts may vary slightly from those depicted in our pictures. We reserve the right to ship a different brand fron that listed that is of equal or greater value.

WARRANTY This is a new compressor with clutch and 8-groove pulley that fits the following vehicles. ---2006-2009 CADILLAC XLR 4.4L WARRANTY POLICY Our new compressors come with a 1 year warranty. Warranty is valid if the following procedure is followed. 1. The entire A/C system must be completely flushed with an approved flush prior to installation of the compressor. 2. The accumulator / receiver-drier must be replaced. 3. The expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be replaced. 4. The correct amount and type of oil must be added to the compressor per the manufactures recommendations (usually located in the owners manual). 5. The system must be re-charged following industry guidelines. NOTE: We highly recommend that a certified A/C Technician be used to perform all work that performs A/C installations on a weekly basis. You are making a significant investment and do not need to incur any additional costs. New aftermarket compressors are highly reliable with most failures occurring because the system was never flushed correctly and the compressor installed and set up properly. Prior to returning any defective compressor, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) must be obtained from us. Prior to processing any claim, documentation must be provided to us that the above procedure was followed and the parts specified were purchased and installed unless purchased from us. Our warranty covers the refund of the purchased defective compressor only. It does not cover any other parts, supplies, labor, or expenses. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY 1. A RMA # must be obtained from us prior to returning any item. 2. All items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. 3. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping & handling costs. 4. All returned items will be inspected for damage or installation, and must be clean and returned in their original shipping container.
