Shipping
Shipping on most parts is done via FedEx Ground. Normal ground service orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Delivery times vary and typically take 1-4 business days depending on your location and how far you are from Madison Wisconsin. Fedex does offer Saturday delivery for some residential addresses. .
Parts that are to be shipped via freight must go to a commercial addresswith freight access and loading dock OR forklift availability. Additional charges apply to residential and or lift gate service. Freight shipments may also be shipped to a terminal location for dock pickup or picked up in person - just call1 day in advance to verify that parts are ready to go.
**Customer is required to inpsect package PRIOR to accepting delivery and MUST notate any damage before signing for item. Not verifying damage before accepting delivery will VOID warranty and any chance of reimbursement.
