They are cleaned externally in an ultrasonic tank, the tips are then polished. Each injector is Individually tested on a state of the art test stand to ensure that they meet OEM specifications. Core Policy

For core returns InjectorsDirect offers 3 convenient options:

1. CREDIT CARD ON FILE: Customer leaves credit card information on file. Cores must be returned within 28 days of the original order date. After 28 days the card on file will be charged automatically and you will be allowed an additional 32 days to return the core(s) for a refund as long as they are physically intact. Cores returned between 60 and 120 days will be eligible for 75% credit as long as they are received physically intact. Cores older than 120 days are not eligible for credit. If you want to return cores that are older than 120 days, please contact us to discuss your options.

2. PAY CORE DEPOSIT: Customer’s credit card is charged for cores upon placing order. Cores must be returned within 60 days of the original order date. Cores returned between 60 and 120 days will be eligible for 75% credit as long as they are received physically intact. Cores older than 120 days are not eligible for credit. If you want to return cores that are older than 120 days, please contact us to discuss your options.

3. RETURN CORES IN ADVANCE: Customer returns cores in advance to avoid core charge. Order will ship immediately once cores are received.

The core is the old unit, which was replaced by the new, refurbished, or remanufactured item.

The core deposit for each injector is $100. The core deposit for 2001-2010 Duramax fuel line cores is $100 for a set of 8 pieces. The core deposit for 2019-current 6.7L Cummins fuel line cores is $100 for a set of 6 pieces.The core deposit for all high pressure fuel pumps is $200.

Cores should be returned in original packaging (including protective caps) in order to prevent damage during shipping. Please use a new outer shipping box if necessary.

Cores must be returned physically intact, in rebuildable condition. Disassembled and/or damaged cores (fire damage, broken plugs/solenoids, damaged threads, vise marks, missing components, etc.) will only be eligible for partial credit, at the discretion of InjectorsDirect.

Cores returned must be like-for-like (out the same model engine as the replacement parts ordered)


Please take extra care to handle and package cores carefully.

Core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cores may be returned via any common carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc.). Insuring core returns is at the discretion of the customer.

For International Core Returns: Shipping cost, taxes, duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. If a package is returned with any of these items outstanding, the core return will not be processed until all outstanding items owed are invoiced by the shipping carrier. These fees will then be deducted from your core refund or charged to the credit card on file if applicable.

Core returns will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt and inspection. Credit and debit card releases clear within 24 hours, while refunds may take 5-7 business days after the cores are processed to clear and be posted to your account. Refunds will be issued directly back to the original funding source (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Affirm, etc.)

In the event a dispute involving any credit card and/or payment processing company is initiated by customer, customer acknowledges and agrees that customer voluntarily forgoes any right to request or receive a refund, exchange, Product return, core return, and/or warranty coverage. Shipping Policy

Most orders placed before 3:30 pm PST Monday-Friday will be shipped the SAME business day.  Orders placed on weekends, holidays or outside of normal business hours will ship the following business day (unless special arrangements are made prior to placing the order). Shipping options for US & Canadian addresses will be displayed during the checkout process.

Standard-size US orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) over $100.00 are eligible for FREE Economy Shipping via FedEx, UPS or USPS (carrier selected at our discretion, please contact us prior to ordering for special requests/circumstances).  

For US orders we also offer Next Business Day & 2 Business Day expedited shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS (carrier selected at our discretion, please contact us prior to ordering for special requests/circumstances).

By default our carriers deliver on normal business days only (Monday-Friday).  Saturday delivery is available to select locations (at an additional cost) please contact us for pricing & availability.
For International orders, shipping cost, taxes, duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to logistical impacts associated with current events carriers are no longer offering any money back guarantees, this is beyond our control & therefore unfortunately shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

To prevent lost or stolen packages, our default shipping option includes Signature Confirmation which requires a signature at the time of delivery. If you decline the Signature Confirmation option, you accept full liability in the event that your package is lost or stolen after delivery.

To ensure successful delivery, the customer is responsible for providing an accurate and valid shipping address. InjectorsDirect can not be held liable for shipping issues caused by the customer’s failure to provide accurate and valid shipping information.

Please monitor the tracking information provided and plan to be available to accept delivery in person. If that is not feasible we recommend that you contact the carrier prior to delivery to coordinate a secure location where your package can be left or request that they hold your package for not be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please carefully inspect your package and its contents immediately upon delivery. Claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation scan, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, we allow our customers to return new and unused Products, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below:

60-Day Return Period

You may return items purchased from InjectorsDirect for any reason up to 60 days from the original invoice date, provided that the Product has not been installed, is in “new” condition, and is returned intact in the original packaging. In order to be eligible for return Products must be received at our facility within 60 days of the original order date. Returns received after 60 days are not eligible for return or refund. Products shipped to us prior to submitting a claim form and receiving an RMA may be refused, held, or disposed of at the sole discretion of InjectorsDirect. Products sold as part of a kit are eligible for return as a complete kit only, partial kits or individual kit components are not eligible for return. No refunds will be given on Products that have been, in our determination, installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled. This determination will be made solely at the discretion of InjectorsDirect. In the event a dispute involving any credit card and/or other payment processing company is initiated by a customer, it shall be resolved conclusively by the applicable third party (the "Intermediary").  Any such dispute shall be handled in accordance with the terms, procedures, and timing of the Intermediary, and the Intermediary's decision shall be deemed the final, conclusive resolution.  In such event, InjectorsDirect shall not be obligated to offer any further remedy to customer, and, in InjectorsDirect's sole discretion, customer's eligibility as to InjectorsDirect's policies may cease.  Among other things, this could terminate customer's right to receive a refund or exchange, to process Product returns and/or core returns, and/or eliminate warranty coverage.”

All Products returned for refund will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price. Once an order has been processed the order can no longer be canceled and the restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee does not apply to unused product exchanges or unused products returned for store credit. Original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount. PayPal fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from InjectorsDirect. To obtain an RMA number, please send us an email and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.
No Product Return will be accepted or processed without first contacting us to obtain an RMA number.
All sales of modified injectors/special orders are final. No returns shall be accepted.
Shipping costs to return Products to us are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in unused and resalable condition as required by this policy, we will process your refund less the restocking fee and original shipping costs.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

Subject to any exclusions provided in any of InjectorsDirect's policies, this limited warranty covers any defects in manufacture and/or materials in injector products (collectively, the “Product” or “Products”) purchased directly from InjectorsDirect, a California corporation Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damage to Products caused by contaminated fuel, improper installation, or any other outside influence. Also, disassembling or tampering with the Products voids this warranty.

What is the Period of Coverage?

All refurbished and remanufactured Products carry a two (2) year limited warranty from the original invoice date. All new Products carry a three (3) year limited warranty from the original invoice date. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

If during the warranty period any Product fails to function as designed (not as a result of outside damage, improper installation, or misapplication) as determined by our testing, InjectorsDirect, at its option, will repair or replace the defective or malfunctioning component or the Product at no charge. Using the instructions below, you will need to send the Products back to us (at your expense) during the warranty period for testing and warranty consideration. If our testing confirms that any Product does not exhibit any manufacturing defect within the manufacturer’s specifications we have identified, you will be assessed a fee for cleaning / testing and the Product(s) will be sent back to you at your expense. The cleaning and testing fee for non-warrantable parts is $50 per injector or $400 per high pressure pump.

What Will We Not Do?

No refunds, exchanges or returns are given on Products sent to us under a warranty claim. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on Products that have been installed. Further, in the event a dispute involving any credit card and/or payment processing company is initiated by customer, customer acknowledges and agrees that customer voluntarily forgoes any right to request or receive a refund, exchange, Product return, core return, and/or warranty coverage. InjectorsDirect assumes no liability for the improper installation, improper Product selection, or misapplication of the Products. You are responsible for having your installer install the Products correctly. If in doubt, you should contact the manufacturer directly before installing the Products. Under no circumstances shall InjectorsDirect be liable for any expenses you may incur related to the Products. This includes, but is not limited to, labor or installation charges, down time, towing, travel, lodging or other expenses incurred in diagnosis of any claimed defect (such as third party testing), removal or reinstallation of the Product, or any other contingent expenses you may incur. 


The Products are provided on an “AS IS'' with all faults basis and with no warranty except the limited warranty set forth above. To the maximum extent permissible by law, InjectorsDirect does not warrant that the Products are of merchantable quality or that they can be used for any particular purpose. These are considered implied warranties. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. If a limitation on implied warranties is not permitted in your State, the implied warranties shall be limited to the term of the warranty period provided above.

How Do You Get Service?

All warranty claims are subject to prior approval by InjectorsDirect. To be eligible for warranty service you first MUST email us. We will provide you with a Warranty Claim Request Form which must be completed and returned to us before any Warranty Claim will be initiated. Once we receive your completed Warranty Claim Request Form, we will provide you with an RMA number and written instructions for sending the Products to us for evaluation. We do not accept Products sent to us without a completed Warranty Claim Request Form and RMA. Parts shipped to us prior to submitting a claim form and receiving an RMA may be refused, held, or disposed of at the sole discretion of InjectorsDirect. You will need to pay for shipping the Products to us. Depending on the results of our testing, you may need to pay for us to ship the Products back to you.

We do not store the Products you voluntarily send to us for testing indefinitely.  It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to communicate with us regarding the results of the testing and to pay any testing fees owed for the Products. We will hold the Products for ninety (90) calendar days from the date we receive the Products from you (the “Storage Period”) and will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate with you (using the phone number and e-mail address you provided at the time of your purchase and/or at the time the RMA is issued regarding the Products) the testing results and if there are any fees owed.  If we do not hear from you and/or any applicable fees remain unpaid at the conclusion of the Storage Period, we will deem all of the Products you sent to us to have been intentionally abandoned by you (the “Abandoned Property”) and will dispose of, use, reuse and/or resell the Abandoned Property at our discretion.

Are Your Damages Limited?

Under no circumstances shall InjectorsDirect, its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees, contractors, successors or assigns be liable for any injuries or damages whatsoever to any person or property arising from the installation or use of the Products, which shall include, but not be limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages. To the maximum extent permissible by law, InjectorsDirect’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for any Product that gives rise to any liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Does State Law Relate to This Warranty?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Unless otherwise prohibited by law or resolved by a third party as provided in these policies, in any action or proceeding related to this limited warranty, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court in and for the County of San Luis Obispo, California.

The Products are provided on an “AS IS'' with all faults basis and with no warranty except the limited warranty set forth above. To the maximum extent permissible by law, InjectorsDirect does not warrant that the Products are of merchantable quality or that they can be used for any particular purpose. These are considered implied warranties. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. If a limitation on implied warranties is not permitted in your State, the implied warranties shall be limited to the term of the warranty period provided above.

How Do You Get Service?

All warranty claims are subject to prior approval by InjectorsDirect. To be eligible for warranty service you first MUST email us. We will provide you with a Warranty Claim Request Form which must be completed and returned to us before any Warranty Claim will be initiated. Once we receive your completed Warranty Claim Request Form, we will provide you with an RMA number and written instructions for sending the Products to us for evaluation. We do not accept Products sent to us without a completed Warranty Claim Request Form and RMA. Parts shipped to us prior to submitting a claim form and receiving an RMA may be refused, held, or disposed of at the sole discretion of InjectorsDirect. You will need to pay for shipping the Products to us. Depending on the results of our testing, you may need to pay for us to ship the Products back to you.

We do not store the Products you voluntarily send to us for testing indefinitely.  It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to communicate with us regarding the results of the testing and to pay any testing fees owed for the Products. We will hold the Products for ninety (90) calendar days from the date we receive the Products from you (the “Storage Period”) and will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate with you (using the phone number and e-mail address you provided at the time of your purchase and/or at the time the RMA is issued regarding the Products) the testing results and if there are any fees owed.  If we do not hear from you and/or any applicable fees remain unpaid at the conclusion of the Storage Period, we will deem all of the Products you sent to us to have been intentionally abandoned by you (the “Abandoned Property”) and will dispose of, use, reuse and/or resell the Abandoned Property at our discretion.

Are Your Damages Limited?

Under no circumstances shall InjectorsDirect, its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees, contractors, successors or assigns be liable for any injuries or damages whatsoever to any person or property arising from the installation or use of the Products, which shall include, but not be limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages. To the maximum extent permissible by law, InjectorsDirect’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for any Product that gives rise to any liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Does State Law Relate to This Warranty?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Unless otherwise prohibited by law or resolved by a third party as provided in these policies, in any action or proceeding related to this limited warranty, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court in and for the County of San Luis Obispo, California.
