SHIPPINGPOLICY
Shipping of small packages go out within 48 hours eitherthrough USPS or Fed ex.
If an item is damaged, please notify us immediately so wecan file a claim with carrier as all our packages are insured for the fullvalue.
Freight shipping is used for larger items 150 lbs and up, weuse R&L carriers. PLEASE INSPECT ALL FREIGHT FORDAMAGE UPON DELIVERY, ONCE SIGNED FOR ITS YOURS.
RETURNPOLICY
In the event you need to return merchandise please contactus for an RMA, we will not accept returns without one. All returned parts mustbe in the same condition as received and uninstalled. We will inspect the partor item upon receipt. Any part or item deemed to be installed and non-workingdue to install or customer negligence will not be accepted as a return.
If a part or item isdeemed to be defective or broken upon inspection not due to the aforementioned,we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Pleasekeep in mind, due to the nature of the business, we may not stock anotheridentical/replacement part, and therefore would refund the customer or issue astore credit. Refunds are subject to will be issued back to the original formof payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund willbe issued in the form of store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
If a customer wishes to return an item due to incorrectapplication or wrong purchase, or simply because he/she changed their mind, a10% restocking fee will be charge, in addition to the customer paying forshipping both ways (to and from).
Customers are responsible for all return shipping chargesunless they receive an incorrect or defective item. When returning an item,please use UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier who offers insurance. We are not liablefor lost or damaged packages being returned.
If any component/part of a returned item is missing ordamaged, we reserve the right to reject the entire return and not refund thecustomer. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion.Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused orreturned to you at your expense. There are certain items that cannot bereturned. For a list of those products, please see "Non-ReturnableProducts" below.
