This AWD control valve fits 2002-2009 Aztek and Rendezvous models. It has been fully cleaned and tested for optimal performance. The valve is manufactured by AC Delco and is interchangeable with Dorman 600-121. It comes with a 90-day warranty and is not a modified item or non-domestic product.

THESE HAS BEEN Refurbished , tested , all o-rings replaced / CLEANED !!!!!! These are a common problem to go out and will cause your AWD light on the dash to stay on when it fails.Very rare that I come across these as AWDs are a bit scarce.

NOTE: If your doing this work yourself , Very easy to switch out. Just two # 10mm bolts.

A small flat screwdriver under the release tab and slide the cannon plug jack off the control valve plug.
Make sure ignition is OFF, and replace with the purchased valve
Start the vehicle and wait a few moments. A good replacement will show normal THE DISABLE AWD warning will not illuminate.
ONLY AFTER YOU VERIFY your disable AWD light is out then you can proceed in removing the two bolts with a 10mm socket.
Be careful on removing old valve as you will get a fluid rush. After all this work done I would suggest you replace your fluid withfactory specified Versatrak Fluid.You may want to have a bucket avail. to catch your old fluid.
Removing your old valve requires a large pair of channel locks, twisting back and forth. Sometimes a screwdriver under each flange to lossen..
Pull the valve straight out while twisting slightly. Install the new valve, bolts, harness jack and replace your fluid.
Recommended youreplace the used transfer case fluid with new factory specified Versatrak fluid.
