The Hankook Ventus iON A is a high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This specific model is designed for electric vehicles. Hankook offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire.
The ideal tread design and the durable rubber compound enhance the tire’s overall controllability. The symmetric tread pattern manages to closely follow the road surface, which improves the tire’s steering responsiveness and driving stability. At the same time, the wide shoulder blocks boost the tire’s cornering and maneuvering, while the special siping details shorten the braking distance by creating friction. On the other hand, the strengthened internal structure keeps the ideal tire shape under driving pressure. Additionally, the silica compound prevents heat accumulation along the tread area. This combination enables the tire to perform at its best high speed ability.
Excellent all weather traction is promoted with this tire. The symmetric tread pattern and the all season compound upgrade the tire’s dry, wet, and winter-weather grip. In this manner, the tread pattern follows the road surface at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. Circumferential grooves also resist hydroplaning. These four grooves actively eliminate water and slush from the footprint in wet-weather conditions.
