ALL fluids are RECYCLED or disposed PROPERLY at our local recycling center.
Our goal is to get our customers the CORRECT part, when they NEED it, at a REASONABLE price.
Shipping
We ship via USPS, FedEx & UPS. Orders received by 11am PST will often ship out same day!
Larger parts like engines/transmissions/seats/panels require custom, hand built boxes and may take 2-3 days to ship.All parts containing fluids are drained prior to shipment.
Need a part FASTER? Contact us for an Expedited shipping quote. We can ship internationally or arrange local pickup, PLEASE contact us first! Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
Warranty - Returns - Refunds
30-day Return policy, 90-day Warranty on ALL parts unless otherwise specified.
Parts damaged upon delivery(Very rare) MUST be reported to us within 6 hours of delivery.
Returns due to buyer error (Changed mind/didn't do research) will incur a 20% restocking fee. Warranty void if customer is unable to provide proof of install by ASE certified shop.
ALL parts are photographed meticulously (Don't even think about scamming us:)
Refunds are issued within 24hrs of delivery!

The OchoParts Warehouse is a PNW based used Auto Parts/Service Shop founded in 2015. We primarily focus on parts for the Mk4 VW / A4 Audi platform, along with the occasional JDM or USDM vehicle.We have provided parts to countless dealerships & shops across the world!
