Your order will be shipped within 1 business days (MON-FRI excluding holidays) of receiving payment and you should expect to receive it five to seven days via US Postal Service or UPS Ground Standard Shipping unless another shipping method is chosen. In addition to UPS Ground, we offer expedited services as well as local pick-up. Please contact us if a quote is needed and we will be happy to work with you.
Please Note: All packages valued at over $500 WILL require a signature upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please do not open and contact us immediately.
If your package is returned by the carrier due to address errors, you will be responsible for the shipping Customers:
Please make sure you monitor your package. Any import duty/taxes must be paid by the buyer. If you do not pay in a timely fashion your package will be returned. You will not receive a refund for the returned items until they’re delivered. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Day return policy for unused, uninstalled items. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
If you’re having an issue with a used or remanufactured item and it’s been installed, we require the buyer to contact us immediately so we can provide trouble shooting information. Worst case scenario if that fails, exchange only.
Certain item such as used items, tools, and one time use items are not eligible for return. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to verify that this product is compatible with your you ordered the wrong item for your application YOU are responsible for the return shipping.
20% Restocking Fee May Apply
If you are purchasing an item in which a core charge is required, please be sure your contact information is current. If core charge is not paid within 1 week of purchase, your order will be cancelled.
Upon receiving your new part, there will be a prepaid shipping label included so you can return your core (old part) to us free of charge. Please make sure to use the label we send you.
You have 14 days to ship your core back to us from the time your new part was delivered. If you do not ship the core within 14 days, you WILL LOSE YOUR REFUNDABLE CORE CHARGE. Exceptions are possible, BUT YOU MUST contact us to make us aware of the situation.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to the inflation of shipping costs, we are unable to pay for the return shipping on the core. If you want the core charge refunded, you will have to pay for shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once your core is delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
