I have no idea what brand or ? who made this. It\'s for 1992 - 2002 Dodge Viper RT10\'s as it\'s purpose is to cover the ugly spare tire. It\'s vinyl and custom embroidered with the Sneaky Pete logo. It appears to never be mounted as it is also clean on the inside. I was able to find a tag ? See pic ? I\'ve owned my car for 20 years and I have no idea where or when I got this. All I know I\'m cleaning out my inventory and I don\'t carry a spare tire so it\'s of no use to me. Shipping is on me so Thanks for looking
