1971 PLYMOUTH 426 HEMI ENGINE AND 18 SPLINE FOUR SPEED FROM A HEMI CUDA BS23R1 For Sale - New and Used

This is the engine and transmission from a 1971 hemi cuda. The engine and trans were removed in 1973 when the car had less than 4,000 original miles. The engine was performance tuned by Coletti enterprises in Hillsboro OR where the car was purchased new. In 1973 it received a complete performance rebuild by hatch racing. The engine was installed and driven a couple hundred miles and removed again to be stroked. This never occurred and it sat. In 1992 the engine was again sent to hatch racing to be disassembled and freshened up to be installed in another car. This never happened. It has been stored in a climate controlled shop for the last 25 years. I have all paperwork since 1973 on the engine. I will post the spec sheet from hatch in 1992. The engine has not been ran since 1973. The car, a B5 blue hardtop is no longer in existence. The car literally rusted to the ground. Photo\'s will be provided to the purchaser. For novelty purposes the original Oregon state Title proving the VIN numbers of the engine and trans will also be included in the sale. All other pertinent parts were destroyed. The original carbs were replaced in 1992 with a pair of performance built 383 carbs. There are no exhaust manifolds. The car had received headers immediately when new. Asking price is 47,000.00..
