The shipping carrier {for example; USPS (postal service), UPS, FedEx} is solely responsible for the transport and delivery of all items in their care. Contacting the carrier\'s location nearest to you can often be more helpful than their national/global customer services. The unfortunate reality of doing any business with a shipping company means there is always a possibility that extra time may be added to your delivery date; due to DELAYS, MISDIRECTION, or a LOST package.
