Mopar® parts sold wholesale to an automotiveservice facility and installed by a professional technician arewarranted against defects in workmanship for 24 months / unlimitedmiles for parts and up to $150.00 in labor. Mopar® parts andMagneti Marellioffered by Mopar® partssold over the counter for vehicle owner or do-it-yourselfinstallation are warranted against defects in workmanship ormaterials for 24 months / unlimited miles for parts exchange only.Contact us for the full warranty information and list of only valid in the U.S.A.
Returns
If for anyreason you are not satisfied with your part(s);(i.e.,quality, fit, incorrect item, etc.), you can return the part(s)within 10 days of receipt. Simply fill out theSteveWhiteMotors“RMA / Return Authorization Form” which will be included withyour order and ship the part(s) back to us. The returned part(s) maybe subjected to a 20% restocking fee.SWMdoes notissue credit on original shipping fees. Electrical parts arenon-returnable/non-refundable. All parts must be returned in originalpackaging and in a resalable condition.
DamagedPackage/Part(s) In Transit
The Carrier isresponsible for any and all items damaged during shipping. If yourpackage/part has been damaged, you will need to fill out a “claimreport form” from that Carrier in order to be reimbursed. Do notreturn the package/part to Steve White Motors. We are not responsiblefor any shipping damages.
