Policy on Guaranteed fitment: Must be installed by a professional body kit to qualify. If there is a fitment issue we will need to seefull length picturesshowingthe entire parton the vehicleor preferably a Video. More pictures you can provide the faster we can fix. If we can deem it defective we will authorize afield destroy or send a freight carrier to pick up the bad product and ship out a new product. Please ensure to test fit before paint or modification. Damaged Items: Orders that have not been marked as damaged upon arrival can NOT be returned. Please be sure to inspect items upon delivery. Items that have been painted, drilled, or modified in any way can also NOT be returned. Please be sure to keep the box it came in. Refused Items: Items refused for any reason will be subject to freight charges both ways along with a 10% restocking fee. Best practice is to accept the item and let us fix any issues. Cancellations: Orders that have not shipped we can cancel with no charge. Extra fees will be incurred for prepping parts for fitment. Removal of the bumper reinforcement bars maybe necessary to mount/hang front and rear bumpers.
