Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless we ship the incorrect part(s). We are not able to negotiate shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges depend on the zoning, size, and weight of the part. Our charges are very reasonable when compared to other sellers on . Note that for Hawaii & Alaska orders there will be $2.99 - $4.99 surcharge.
5. RETURNS:
We offer 30 days return with 100% sale price refunds. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless it is our mistake. Please include the copy of the packing slip along with your contact phone number and indicate the reason for the return. If the part is wrong or defective please advise us if you want an exchange, replacement or refund. We recommend our buyers get a tracking number / delivery confirmation, insurance, and pack securely to protect the return of the part(s). If the part is lost we cannot offer a refund. If the part(s) is returned damaged your payment will not be refunded. The part(s) must be returned in its original condition.
