damage during shipping
package must be inspected upon delivery ; if part arrives damaged during shipping please do not use return center giving reason "doesn't work/doesn't fit" or "not as described"as i will not be able process it then but please contact me immediately (within 3 days)so i may assist youwith filing a claim against the shipping company that is responsible for package during shipping - all packages are insured;
return
there is 14 days for return starting on day of delivery ;
no return will be accepted after 14 days, no exception ;
this part has been checked/tested before and after removal and confirmed to be in 100% good working condition ;
whenyou buy incorrect part please do not use return center giving reason "doesn't work/doesn't fit" or "not as described"as i will not be able process it then but please contact me immediately and send me digital picture of VIN of your vehicleso i may assist you;
all parts that are returned that are not defective will have 35% restocking fee (which is not seller's profit but it has already covered the cost of handling, packing and shipping of good correct part to the buyer);
a signed paid receipt and a statement from ASE certified mechanic doing the installation on company's letterhead stating that my marked part is defectivewill be required upon requesting any warranty replacements ;
buyer is responsible to ship the part back to the seller ;
part must be returned in same condition and fully assembled (i must receive back all parts that have been included in sale, matching original pictures in listing) ;
absolutely no return will be accepted if any alteration/modification were made to the part or if there is any sign of tampering with the part ;
please remember to pack the part as well as it was packed when shipped to you (so it will not get damaged during shipping) and let me know tracking number as soon as possible so i will know when to expect it ;
