PLEASE NOTE: If your vehicle never had the navigation system upgrading to navigation is a very complicated procedure. Please be aware that this is the MONITOR ONLY if you do not have the entire navigation system setup you will not get anything out of this monitor. The navigation system is composed of the following components:
1. Navigation monitor
2. Navigation compatible radio 6 disc changer (although they look identical to what you have currently they are not)
3. Navigation DVD drive to read required map disc
4. GPS antenna
5. The proper harnesses to connect all components of the navigation system
Additionally, on vehicles that came with navigation from the factory there is a small screen above the navigation head unit that displays climate control/trip info. This display will need to be installed as well or you will not be able to enter the security code for the radio. Completing this upgrade should be possible but we just want to give you all of the information we know so you know what you are getting into as it is a very complicated installation. We do not ship these expensive components just for people to try it out, please do your research before placing a purchase, and please be aware that we charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns that come back for this reason.
