package must be inspected upon delivery ; if part arrives damaged during shipping please do not use return center giving reason \"doesn\'t work/doesn\'t fit\" or \"not as described\"as i will not be able process it then but please contact me immediately (within 3 days)so i may assist youwith filing a claim against the shipping company that is responsible for package during shipping - all packages are insured;

there is 14 days for return starting on day of delivery ;
no return will be accepted after 14 days, no exception ;
this part has been checked/tested before and after removal and confirmed to be in 100% good working condition;
whenyou buy incorrect part please do not use return center giving reason \"doesn\'t work/doesn\'t fit\" or \"not as described\"as i will not be able process it then but please contact me immediately and send me digital picture of VIN of your vehicleso i may assist you;
part that is returned that is not defective will have 15% restocking fee;
a signed paid receipt and a statement from ASE certified mechanic doing the installation (withpictureof my marked part)on company\'s letterhead stating that part is defectivewill be required upon requesting any warranty replacements ;

part must be returned in same condition and fully assembled (i must receive back all parts that have been included in sale, matching original pictures in listing) ;
