This is a Flywheel/Clutch replacement kit for N54 Engine Equiped Vehicles up to 01/01/2009 ( after this date the flywheel has been superseded to a different part number), it includes the parts that should be replaced while doing a complete Clutch Job so you never have to drop the Transmition again anytime soon!
