To be fair with customers I will clarify all transaction details below.At the time of the transaction (purchase) you accept the following T&C rules. Not reading does not exempt you from the obligation to be subject to these conditions.
1. You are buying a custom made product which can be immediately fitted to your car.
This buyitnow price includeall shapes & options.
No extra charge, No core exchange, No steering wheel deposits needed. You don\'t need to send back your old steering wheel so you will save money (you can resell your old one and get some money back).
The steering wheel is made fromgenuine factory orginal (OEM) steering wheelwhich was previously used,thenre-engineered by our company and remodelled visuallyinto a unique sporty shape style and re-trimmed with newgood qualityleather/alcantara(not fake suede). Never used since rebuilt, but as they second hand steering wheels, they may have minor marks on their back and inner side (plastic/rubber section) or small cracks in back-side section where the AirBag was disassembled.
2. Airbag, plasticcovers, trims, shifters, electronic equipment& other, areNOT included.
This is a direct replacementof the factory steering wheel which one fit all oem equipment,retaining factory controls and air bag, so it will fit.
Rememberthissale is for customized steering wheels (core) only. I\'m not selling any removable parts like plastics, electronic equipment, wires, fairings, airbags & airbag plateat all (there is no controlsandno airbagincluded). Any other elementsshowed on sample photos: like plastic cover/badges/logo/fairingsmultifunction buttons etc. are not included. They need to be taken (transfer) from your current (old) steering wheel.Usually it\'s easy to do (just few screws). On some sample photos you can see them but this is just to help you image the final look of custom wheel. Normallysteering wheel is sendwithout these accessories. Occasionally I may add them for free (if any) just as a free gift, because all buttons, switches, shifting paddles are being used in past so I\'m not ensuring that they are working & they may have sign of wear. This does not cause the product to be defective (faulty) & can\'t be used as a reason to return.
3. Customers’ expectations.
To clarifyplease rememberthisis not a factory production but handmadecustomizationt. If you expecting factory qualityfrom hand make work don\'t buy my product.
As this is handcraftedworkit will always have tiny differencesfrom sample photos.
Please understand, this is not a simple round wheel. Steering wheel is re-designwith custom shape transition added(bold, bulges),so the leather/alcantarain some places may have little wrinklesand stitches, cuts may not be perfect straightlike factory steering wheel ormay have some other imperfections as is hand made and won\'t never be like factory quality. Thisis completely normal and this fact can\'t be used as a reason to return.
Note! Full alcantara cover is dedicated to drivers who wear gloves while driving. I want you avare that this material need more care and some alcantara liquid protection. Other wise from sweat or dirty handsalcantara will last not for long & wiillooks dirty.
All listed photos of the steering wheels are real one, already made samples, which has been sold. So you can see how the final product will look like.
4.Sample pictures colours shades vs real view.
Please, keep in mind that real colours will be slightly different than on screen.
Due to mostly vivid screen setups on computer monitor\'s/smartphones/tablets etc. & due to artificial lights when pictures was taken. Stitches, coloured straps will be less birght/flash. Leather & alcantara is not 100% pure black (rather between black and dark graphite).
5. Heated steering wheels.
Due to thickness and d-shaped upgrade probably heating will not work so good as before.
If you order a modification including Leather strap (mark/band) at 12 o’clock. Heated steering wheel will loosethis function after conversion.
6. Responsibility for the car inspection MOT/TÜV and insurance.
There is no any metal cutting or welding to make flat shape, just extra padded.
Anyway due to the optical (visual) change is yourresponsibilityfor the car inspection(MOT/TÜV) of the vehicle, factory warrantyor insurance cover. Some countries may have requiring a strict rules, so you have to check this by yourself.Please keep in mind, is handcrafted worknot a factory production, so I\'m not providingany certificate or tüv, is rather gadget for tuning or car show.
7. Shipping, delivery information (average time).
Ireserve right to cancel purchase if shipping to your country will be not available to send insured parcel or cost will be higher than listed.
All parcelsare insuredto correct value & shipped withtracking number. Note I\'m not working in any transport company, so from dispatch day I have no influence to transport. If you live outside EU sometimes it may take longer than the scheduled arrival time due to the customs inspection (if any).
Note! if parcel go through customs duty check,delivery time will take longerand can even disappear from online tracked data for this time. There is nothing to worry about, when they released parcel will back on line. Above situations have nothing to do with me, as I have no influence in to rules how your country\'s customs office works.
From day when I dispatched insured parcel, from my side I have done all what belongs to me. But in case of any ambiguities, please get in touch ans I will try to help locate your parcel.
8. Customers from outside (EU &Schengen zone) USA/United etc.
Shipping is from European Union country and any exchange of goods in Schengen zone & EU countries are duty free.
Customersfrom OUTSIDE European Union(including United Kingdom) mayhave to pay taxes, duties or other charges, as they are not included in the item price and shipping cost. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibilitywith amount of which is regulated by your country import regulations.
Sending outside EU, me as seller bear the additional costs of customs clearance as well.
9. Parcel collection.
If box arrive suspicious or damaged. You have to open in the presence of the person delivering parcel. If they are any internal damage to product, you have to write statement (damage protocol). This is mandatory if you want be able to apply for claim or refund. So far 99% parcels in whole World destination arrive without any damages.
10. Customers’ orders waiting time.
Due to the high interest & hand-made processis build to order offer.
For estimated shipping time Click Postage and paymentcard>dispatch time. Time period describe waiting time to build not delivery. Saturday & Sunday is not working day.
Before purchase listing clearly says what is a waiting time (estimated date), so everyone clearly know estimated date and there is no needto be impatient and send inquiries& asking for shipping date (order progress) before declared time. When order is ready tracking number will be updated on .

11. Steering wheel replacement (installation, re-assembly).
I don’t take any responsibilities for incorrect/unprofessional mounting.
NOTE!Because some car brands dont make all steering wheel 100% same in steering wheel mounting sectionand wheel alignment is set up for each car separately. In some cases (occasionally)car wheel need to set wheel alignment \"wheel tracking /setting convergence\".This situation does not cause the product to be defective (faulty) & can\'t be used as a reason to return.

-Usually Yes (all steering wheel are round outside, so there is no big difference and most of them can be customized & remodelled).

Q:Is there any guarantee of the plastic & electronic parts (multifunction buttons, shifting paddle) ?
-No, price contains custom steering wheel (core), other plastic & electronic equipment are not included. I may add them for free (if any) just as a free gift and they cannot be reason of return. This parts are randomly selected equipment and I not guarantee their proper functioning.
Q:I want exactly same steering wheel from picture No \"X\".
-All steering wheels are handcrafted modify, so to be fair is impossible to make exactly the same steering wheel, it will be always have tiny differences form sample photos.
Q: Can I send you may steering wheel so price will be lower?
-Sorry but I stop exchanging steering wheels, cost me too much hassle & time waste in past. I prefer to concentrate on fulfillment current orders. The only option for exchange is when steering wheel is really expensive or from unique car.
Q:Is the leather same as original (Nissan/Subaru/Ford/Mazda/etc.) from same factory supplier?
-No, is professional EU leather dedicated to steering wheels..
Q:What is the quality of materials ?
- I use only selected brand Italian & German leathers, Original luxury alcantara (NOT fake suede).
Q:Is it plug and play with the old airbag and electronics panels / plastic covers?
-Yes (Is direct replacement of the OEM steering wheel, retaining factory controls and air bag).
Each wheel is built from a factory OEM steering wheel thus your airbag and all electronics equipment will directly transfer to our steering wheel without any issues if need be.
This is a bolt-on item that requires NO custom modifications or hub adapters.
Q:Factory (OEM) airbag fit to this steering wheel?
-Yes, there is no interference to airbag and mounting brackets.
Steering wheel is direct replacement of the oem steering wheel, retaining factory controls & airbag.
Q:Is airbag included?
-No, offer does not include airbag. International airbag shipping in standard ordinary parcels is illegal and may result in confiscation and penalties. In order to send a airbag inflators, it need to be send it in a special dedicated box, which is expensive, and fees are few times higher.
Q:Did I have to send my steering wheel?
-No core exchange needed. You don’t need to send back your steering wheel, like on other sales. You can resell & get some money back.

-Yes (there is no any interference to frame structure or any plastic mounting brackets / points).
Steering wheel is just remodeled visually into a unique shape style and re-trimmed with new car leather.

-No, there is no any metal cutting or welding to make flat bottom shape & other forms, is just extra padded.
Q:This steering wheel is smaller from original?
-No.
Q:Can you resize steering wheel and make smaller?
-No.
Q:What are the dimensions of the steering wheel?
-same as oem steering wheel, or more all around if you order thicker.
Q:Can you make carbon wheel?
-No.
Q:Can you make horizontal breaks between side to top and side to bottom instead of radial?
-No.
Q:Can you make heated steering wheels?
-Yes, but with no 12h straps & I’m not taking responsibility for any faulty heating (due to d-shape & thickness upgrade). For sure heating will not work so good in some sections as before.
Q:Can you tell me did this steering wheel fit “x” car?
-Most descriptions says what car is dedicated to, about some numbers of cars I’m not able to say, because few model types from same production year have different steering wheel types. So you have to check by yourself (witch your mechanic/garage), as I’m not driving your car.
Q:How much cost shipping to \"x country\"

-No, price not include shipping cost.

-No, because all parcel are insured and insurance is always same as declared value.
Anything happens with parcel, I guess You will claim full refund from /paypal isn\'t it ? but I will receive just equivalent parcel value refund.
Q:Can you make \"x\" color leather?
-No, because usually is hard to match same color shade, so if you have other colorful interior I suggest just colored stitches and strap..
Q:There are any difference LHD or RHD driving site, it has no effect?
-No difference at all.
Q:Can you make knobs, hand brakes covers or inscriptions on steering wheel?
-No, I don\'t do this.
Q:Can you send airbags?
Sorry but shipping companies refuse to carry airbags inflators and classify them as prohibited under hazardous goods shipping. If they found out package will be confiscated.. Anything happen (parcel confiscated/damaged) I guess You will claim full refund (as item not received) isn\'t it ?
Some shipping companies accept in special metal container and extra protection, but this is really expensive.
Unauthorized copies of contents & photos are prohibited.
Any attempts at using our photos will be reported directly to as breach of copyright laws.
