Description of each item:
1. Piston (High Compression) ALCOA VENOLIA 343 PISTON (Total seal carries the rings i believe) looks to be in great shape with good rings. comes with wrist pin and both circlips. Piston has been worked a little bit so the valves do not hit the piston.2. Cylinder One fin has a piece broken off. measures approx 87.41 top, 87.41 bottom. Small amount of rust that should hone out. see last picture. I cannot feel the rust marks with my fingertips.3. Mikuni Carburetor Measures 37.84mm, it says ISO JAPAN above the bowl. no other stamped numbers4. Exhaust Valve Measures 41.18mm approx. this valve had a mushroomed tip that had to be ground down to allow it to be removed. There was a bad tappet that damaged it. i don't know if its any good.5. Intake Valve Measures 47.19mm approx. in great shape.6. Copper Head Gasket The piston hole measures 92.69mm approx and is approx 1.05mm thick.7. Multi Degree Timing Gear In Great shape. no damage or wear found.8. Titanium Valve Spring Set Everything looks great & was working properly in the bike.9. Head Bronze Valve Guides. Looks like hardened Valve seats were installed. i see evidence of a porting on the intake side. I did not clean off the exhaust side to see if it was polished. there is a small piece that looks like it got broken when taking the old valve seats out, on the intake side. It looks like the head has 5 fins that have some grinding for some reason. They are pictured.10. Rocker Box No issues. Completely Empty. included because it's machined to the head.11. Aftermarket Camshaft the lobes measure 39.86 approx at the tallest point. It has TT2 stamped into it and #429 NORRIS is engraved into it. It may need work. some scuffing / wear on the tips of the lobes.12. Intake manifold Aftermarket. it measures 37.08 on the inside.13. K&N Air Filter Looks useable.
